Gosh, I can't believe how long it has been since I've been in the studio and on deviantART!!  

The past two years have been eventful for me personally but caused me to be unable to get to the studio... which sucked! I am now at a really good place again and have just signed up for a continuing education "class" at the UA and have studio access again!!  

I decided to "get back to the basics" and just throw a bunch of cups/mugs.  That has been going very well and it didn't take me as long as I was afraid it would to get back in the swing of things.  We are going to be doing a wood firing withing the next few weeks so I'm going to use a bunch of them for glaze tests.

I've also thrown a few pitchers which I have cut/altered and today I threw some bowls and plates and a double-walled piece that I'll trim up tomorrow. It feels so good to be working with clay again!
